With the use of bold coloured rings representing camera lenses and sound waves,  we take the viewer inside a wide range of meetings for CPAC's unique, long-form coverage of conferences and events. The rings will emit from microphones displaying sound waves and have a similar look and feel to a camera lens zooming and focusing in on today's issues. Various headlines and stock photography will be intermingled to display the history of topics covered on Public Record. The colour palette was chosen to give Public Record a bold, fresh approach.
